As an alliance of professional EPC Assessors, Go Local EPC members provide Commercial EPC's for all types of business; directly for business owners, for property management companies where multiple properties and sites are concerned. One of the key strengths is the ability of our members to undertake and manage projects.
In addition, we prepare commercial EPC's for the professions - surveyors, architects, auctioneers, and estate agents where EPC's are required as part of a service they are providing to clients.
Go Local EPC members' EPC services also extend to the public sector surveying on behalf of NHS Properties, Education, Colleges, Heath Centres, and Doctors practices.
The professional experience our members have in providing commercial EPC's enables them to survey in areas of high sensitivity and where confidentially is of paramount importance.

"Go Local EPC" is an alliance of independent EPC Assessors, who are both fully accredited by the Government and insured to undertake EPC assessments. Whilst at one level your clients must have an EPC in order to sell, rent, or lease a property more importantly a poor EPC can affect its value. The members of "Go Local EPC" are experienced and knowledgeable producing quality reports that can support you in a positive manner.
There are NO fees or charges for using this, your price won't increase. You are dealing directly with your "Go Local EPC" only paying what you agree with them.

Finding your GO LOCAL EPC ASSESSOR couldn't be easier or quicker, just 3 steps
1. Choose the type of EPC your need, Domestic or Commercial
2. Enter the first part of the postcode of the property, eg; SW12
3. Select Search Assessor
Within a couple of seconds you will have full contact details and business background for up to three EPC Assessors who cover your property area. There is NO charge for this. You will be dealing directly with the ASSessor you appoint. All payments will be direct to the Assessor.
